That is EXTREMELY rough
The rough eye ball is 1%rit = 8mp5. That is EXTREMELY rough though sie the extonversion depends on FoL vs HL and will vary. I linked something that did the math oe but bobs knows where that is now. So it varies fight to fight, FoL to HL e. I don't rommend gemminggearing for haste unless you are S4 pvp or a raider with 4 pie t6. I rommend if you are t5ish to push for 100+ mp5 unbuffed whileasting and 25 holy%rit. BT and beyond 120+ and 25%+ holy. The biggest thing to realize is that balae is key, use trinkets to attain it (mp5 trinket if you are light orrit). I am in sunwell andurrently have 2412 healing, 153 mp5 unbuffed whileasting (whh is high) and 26% holyrit. Definitely not a fan of dirt gemming for spell haste or spellrit, I tried both and it was no bueno. For ranking I use rank910 HL, max rank FoL. IllidanMother are the eeptions where i use rank 6 fol. Make sure you use max rank HL on Bloodboil.
Fel enrage happens oe a minute. Use Divine Illumination first one, next one you trinket, divine favor, Divine Illumination will be up for the third, trinkets for the fourth. Pop pots onooldown and the fight isake healing.
Do you have your unbuffed stats? It's just easier toompare then. Also, is 22% your baserit or holyrit?

Hell I went in their with less but that was a year ago and half the badge gear wasnt around then.
Those were my buffed stats at the time of ing. As of now I have unbuffed: 1906 +healing 90 Mp5 19% Holyrit Wearing 2 Leather pies still andrappy trinkets. Got Life-Step Belt from ZAhest (3hest run - we were solose to 4th but stupid warrior wed us) and the leatherhest from Kael in MgT. I have run MgT hero 6 times and no ephest for me yet. Got badge wrist and feet. By the end of this week I will have redeemers Ahemist Stone and MgT hero trinket (if that drops for me too - stupid Timbal'srystal EVERY time). Not bad for having only been 70 for 10 days now and 2 days played at 70. (Spent a LOT of time this last weekend). Those 3 upgrades from SSO will put me at just under 2k healing 21%rit and ~110Mp5 unbuffed. Yay for spreadsheets >.< Talking of spreadsheets anyone know one with pally healing talentsgear in it?
